FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING when you spend over $100!
We aim to have all Australian orders shipped the same day if placed before 4pm (AEST). We currently use Sendle which has a 2-5 day delivery AUS wide. We can also use Express Australia Post upon request, please allow for Express parcels to arrive within 1-3 business days in the event there are unforeseeable delays. Regional areas outside the post network may be 3-8 business days.
If you have not received your items within 5 business days of making your order, please email us with your full name and order number and we will look into your delivery immediately. In most cases this means that an attempted delivery has occurred and that your parcel is waiting for you at your nearest post office for collection.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is packed and leaves our warehouse you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your parcel.
If you are not home at the time of delivery, for your convenience, your parcel will be left in a secure place if deemed safe to do so by the delivery driver. If they feel it is not safe to leave, or the parcel is too large, you will be left a card and your parcel will be taken to your local Australia Post.
If your parcel is with Star Track courier and they are unable to complete the delivery safely, they will re-attempt delivery the following business day. Please contact us if you see an attempted delivery scan on your tracking so we can pass on further delivery instructions on your behalf. If Star Track are again unsuccessful, they will return your parcel to us and we will re-ship with Australia Post who can card the packaged to your local post office for collection.
