Capsule Hand Filling Kit

1. Separate an empty capsule into two halves (body and cap). 2. Hold the body upright or place in a capsule holder. 3. Use the matching filling spoon to scoop powder and pour into the capsule body. 4. Use the matching tamper to press powder down firmly — this packs more powder in and reduces air gaps. 5. Add more powder and tamp again if needed. 6. Place the cap on top and press together until it clicks closed. Each capsule takes about 15-30 seconds once you get the rhythm.

Hand filling with this kit: Fill capsules one at a time with precision control. Ideal for small batches (5-50 capsules), occasional use, potent powders where exact dosing matters, or when you want full control over each capsule. Ideal for regular use, large batches (100+ capsules), and when speed matters more than individual capsule precision. Large spoon (8.1mm) → Size 000 and 00 capsules. These are the biggest capsules and need the widest spoon to fill efficiently. Medium spoons (6.35mm, 2 included) → Size 0, 1, and 2 capsules. The most common sizes — two spoons included so you can have one for scooping and one spare. Small spoon (4.6mm) → Size 3 and 4 capsules. The smallest capsules need a narrow spoon that fits inside the tiny body opening.

Wipe spoons and tampers with a dry cloth between different powders. For a deeper clean, wash stainless steel pieces with warm soapy water and dry thoroughly. Use the included cleaning brush to clear powder from hard-to-reach areas. Store in the case to keep tools clean and organised. Do not put the plastic case in the dishwasher — hand wash only.
