Oil Filling Kit

Each kit includes 1 capsule filling tray (your chosen size), 3 dispensing syringes (your chosen size), and 3 flexi tips. The tray holds your empty capsules upright while you fill them with the syringes — no separate stand or holder needed.

Capsule size: match the tray to your empty capsules — 000 for the largest fills (~1g powder equivalent), 00 for standard supplements (~735mg), 0 for smaller doses (~500mg), 1 for travel-sized capsules (~400mg). Syringe size: 1mL for precise micro-dosing or filling size 1 capsules, 3mL for all-round capsule filling (good middle-ground for most oils), 5mL for batch filling or thick oils where you want fewer refills.

1. Place empty capsule bodies upright in the tray. 2. Attach a flexi tip to your syringe by twisting clockwise until snug. 3. Draw your oil up into the syringe by pulling the plunger back. 4. Insert the flexi tip into the capsule opening and gently press the plunger to dispense — leave a small gap at the top so the cap can close cleanly. 5. Cap each capsule by hand, pressing the lid down until you hear it click into place. 6. Wipe any excess oil from the outside before storing.

Rinse the tray with warm soapy water between uses — air dry before storing. Rinse syringe barrels with warm water if you're switching between oils; the same syringe can be reused indefinitely for the same oil. Flexi tips can be rinsed and reused for the same liquid but should be replaced when they discolour, become sticky, or stop sealing properly. Store the kit in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.
