Do I need any experience to use this?

Not at all — and there's no rush to it. Drop the capsules in, add powder, spread, tamp, then press to join and eject. A full tray takes about a minute once you're used to it; give yourself a relaxed ten minutes the first time to read the steps and you'll have the hang of it.

How many capsules will one kit make?

Standard (325g) makes about 500 capsules at size 00, or about 750 at size 0; Large (650g) doubles that. Enough empty capsules are included to use all the powder, whichever size you pick.

Which capsule size should I choose?

Size 00 is the most popular — about 650mg, matching the capsules shops sell, two or three a day. Size 000 is the biggest, so you make and take the fewest. Size 0 is a little smaller and easier to swallow. It's the same turmeric in all of them; the size decides how many you make and take. Most first-timers are happiest with 00.

Gelatin or veggie capsules?

Gelatin capsules are the classic — clear and easy to fill. Veggie (HPMC) capsules are plant-based, for vegetarian and vegan diets. Both hold the same turmeric, so it comes down to your preference.
