Which Size Should I Choose

Capsule size: match the tray to your empty capsules. Size 000 for the largest fills (~1g powder equivalent), 00 for standard supplements (~735mg), 0 for smaller doses (~500mg), 1 for travel-sized capsules (~400mg). If you're not sure which capsule size you have, check the side of the capsule pack — most brands print the size clearly.

How to Fill Capsules by Hand

1. Pull apart your empty capsules into bottoms (longer half) and caps (shorter half). 2. Place the bottoms upright in the tray wells. 3. Scoop or dispense your powder/oil into each capsule body. 4. Use the back of a small spoon or a tap of your finger to settle the powder. 5. Press the cap onto each filled capsule body until you hear it click into place. 6. Set filled capsules aside on a flat surface.

Compatible with all standard size 000, 00, 0, and 1 capsules — gelatin, vegetable (HPMC), bulk, and enteric-coated. Match the tray size to your capsule size for the best grip. Works with both our own brand and capsules from other suppliers (sizes are industry-standard).

Cleaning & Storage

Rinse the tray with warm soapy water between uses or after switching between different powders. Dishwasher safe (top rack). Air dry completely before storing — moisture in the wells can affect future capsule grip. Store in a dry place out of direct sunlight.
