A Capsule Filling Machine That Does the Work for You
Buying ready-made supplements means paying for fillers, flow agents, and someone else's dose. A capsule filling machine puts that back in your hands — measure your own powder, fill your own capsules, and know exactly what's inside. Load the tray, spread your powder, press, and you've got a full batch in minutes. Turmeric, vitamins, herbs, protein, or your own blend — it's the simplest way to make supplements at home, at a fraction of the price of pre-made.
Make Your Own Supplements
Take control of what goes into your capsules. Fill them with a single ingredient or your own blend — no fillers, no binders, no surprises. You measure the dose, you choose the capsule, and you know exactly what's inside.
Easy to use
No experience needed. Sit the empty capsules in the tray, spread your powder over the top, tamp it down, and press the plate to close them all at once. Rinse with warm water between batches and it's ready to go again — most people have their first batch done within minutes of opening the box.
24 or 100 capsule models
Two sizes to match how much you make. The 24-hole fills 24 capsules at a time — ideal for trying it out or small personal batches. The 100-hole fills 100 at a time — built for regular makers, families, and bulk runs. The 24-hole comes in capsule sizes 000 to 1; the 100-hole covers the full range, 000 through 4. Both work with gelatin or veggie capsules.

General information
Capsule Sizing
How long does it take to fill a batch?
Once you're set up, a full tray takes just a couple of minutes — 24 capsules on the 24-hole, 100 on the 100-hole. Your first batch usually takes a little longer while you get a feel for spreading and tamping, but it speeds up quickly.
What can I put inside the capsules?
Both dry powders and liquids. For powders — turmeric, ginger, vitamins, herbs, protein, or your own blend — spoon it over the tray and spread it in. For oils and liquids, fill the capsule bodies with a syringe or our Oil Filling Kit, then use the machine to cap and close the whole tray in one press. That's the real advantage of a capsule filler: it joins 24 or 100 capsules at once, instead of you closing every capsule by hand.
What's the difference between the 24-hole and the 100-hole?
Both work in exactly the same way — the only difference is how many capsules you make per run. The 24-hole fills 24 at a time and suits trying it out or small personal batches; the 100-hole fills 100 at a time and is built for regular makers, families, and bulk runs. The 24-hole comes in capsule sizes 000 to 1, while the 100-hole covers the full range, 000 through 4.
What's included, and does it come with empty capsules?
You get the capsule filler, the tamping tool, and the spreader card, with full instructions. Empty capsules aren't included — choose your gelatin or vegetable capsules in the size that matches your machine, or grab a DIY Kit that bundles the machine with capsules, a scale, jar, and moisture packets to start straight away.
How do I clean it, and how long will it last?
Wipe it out or rinse with warm water between batches and let it dry — that's it. It's made from durable, food-grade plastic and, looked after, will fill thousands of capsules over its life. Avoid hot water and the dishwasher, which can warp the plates.
How fast is shipping and dispatch?
Orders placed before 11:30am AEST are dispatched the same day, and shipping is free over $99. Express runs 1–2 business days to most metro areas (Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sydney, Melbourne, Perth) and standard 2–7; Adelaide and regional areas take a little longer. You'll get tracking as soon as it ships.
Does one machine fit every capsule size?
No — each machine fills one capsule size, so order the machine that matches the capsules you'll use. A size 00 machine fills size 00 capsules, a 000 machine fills 000, and so on. If you fill more than one size regularly, you'll want a machine for each.
Which size should I choose?
Size 00 is the most popular all-rounder — big enough for a solid dose, easy to swallow, and the standard for most supplements. 000 is the largest and holds the most powder (good for high doses or fewer capsules a day); 0 and 1 are smaller and easier to swallow. Not sure? Our capsule sizes chart compares them side by side.
How much powder does each size hold?
It depends on the powder's density, but as a guide a size 000 holds about 1 g, 00 about 735 mg, 0 about 500 mg, and 1 about 400 mg, down to about 125 mg for a size 4. Lighter powders fill less by weight, denser ones more. You'll find the full size-by-size breakdown on our gelatin capsule page and the capsule sizes chart.
