I would highly recommend these for those pet parents who have to give frequent medication that just tastes yuck for our fur babies. I have tried every treat and food to hide her daily Prozac in but unfortunately she knows it’s there and will never consume it, to the point where she will try to skip meal time because of it. So, as per my vets recommendation I tried a pill popper…it went well…for the first few times, but then she started to become very difficult and unfortunately these tablets as soon as any liquid gets on them, they dissolve super quickly, so I did some googling and found these capsules, and they are a god send, it makes medication time so much easier and smoother for my girl so she can go on to having meal time more quickly with less stress, I put the pill in the capsule, close it up, put it in the pill popper and then pop it in when I get a chance. My only advice would be to offer some form of churu treat or liquid treat of some kind to give straight away while you hold their mouth closed as it will help your fur baby swallow the capsule more easily as it does get slightly tacky when liquid or saliva gets to it. But other than that, I absolutely recommend and wish I’d found these weeks ago cause it has saved me so much money and time. Also, express shipping through this company, literally means express! I ordered these and they arrived in two days, and I live rurally. So having them turn up that quickly was a godsend because the withdrawals of this medication are very bad and I started to worry if while waiting for the capsules to arrive that my girl would fight back on med time where I wouldn’t be able to get her medicated until they turned up which is a huge risk withdrawal wise, so to have these turn up so quickly was a lifesaver. I know this review probably looks like a paid review, which I understand, but this is from a desperate pet mum who just wants others to read this and know that you aren’t alone and that there are companies out there like this one that are here to help with the difficulties that pet parents face when it comes to medications. These capsules made our lives so much easier! Our cats refused to take their medications due to the amount of tablets and their bitter taste. These capsules allowed us to put multiple tablets in the one capsule and they just swallowed it in their food with ease. Thank you for an amazing product I’ll be recommending them to others!

I used to have to fight with my cat almost every time when giving him his medicine. He’s such a clever boy that he eventually figured out I was hiding his medicine inside his treats. After that, he wouldn’t even touch any treats I gave him!

My cat was started on Atopica Cat Solution about 10 months ago and it is the worst medication he has ever tasted but it was his best chance for his condition. (In his defence, he's taken every oral medication, liquid or tablet/capsule, like a champ so this must really tasted bad!) I decided to try these empty capsules instead and it has worked like a charm.

Size #3 is perfect for a 4kg cat and holds up to 0.3ml (he only needs 0.15ml after some dose adjustments). I also use it to divide his Gabapentin capsules into half for dosing when required and even used it once to decant 1.5ml of Scourban into 5 capsules to deliver the stool binder!

Lifesaver for all sorts of medication pickles. Very good quality - bought 250's twice and never once had a defective one. Went on to buy 1000 capsules and a 250 supply for my vet to give to his patients who may benefit from this. Thanks for such a great product!

PetCare Capsules - Chicken, easy to use and small for animal use, easy to cut the base capsule down to size of medicine put in side and easy to close back up (i have done this to make it a little smaller). These have made giving my cat daily medication easier.

I would like to highly recommend these empty pet capsules to anyone who struggles to administer medication to their cat or dog.
My 14.5 year old Devon Rex cat is in end stages congestive heart failure and needs multiple medications.
Some are so bitter that they make her drool everywhere and become distressed which exascerbates her heart condition.
I am able to fit two medications inside one small capsule and administer it to her with less stress than multiple times trying to push tablets down her throat.
She still isn't keen on having a tablet pushed into her mouth but the flavour helps her swallow it after being given a small Kitty treat to activate her saliva, thus making the capsule very easy to swallow.
These chicken flavoured size 3 empty capsules are a God send.
